This morning we took part in our first of hopefully many "Walk or Bike to School Days!" This is an annual event all over the country today!
We invited Madeline's class to meet at our house for a little breakfast and a chance to make a sign to carry (or tape on their backpacks!)! We had several families come and journey the one mile to Campus School!

Hooray!!! We made it, and we didn't even get a "tardy!"
I got a picture of Leah, Frances and Walt!
Next year I will make a point to get one of each parent with his/her kiddo!
So sad I forgot to do that this year!

I would encourage you to do this, too!
Find a place to meet close to the school if you live too far, and walk/ride with some friends!
