Today Madeline and Eli got to perform for their spring violin recital. This was Eli's first recital ever!!!! It was very exciting - not only because he would play his piece for the first time in front of people but also because we didn't know if he would play his first piece in front of everyone!!! He did a really great job introducing himself and playing his "Monkey Song!" We were so proud of him!
Madeline is a pro at this point! She loves to get in front of people and do anything! We watched the video of her first recital last night to show Eli how Madeline did on her first try. It was great to remember her beginnings and see how much she has learned! This afternoon, she introduced herself and played "Minuet 1."
It's so fun to see their hard work pay off!
