Wednesday was "Bike to School" Day!
Right up their alley!
We think Madeline will be ready to come off those training wheels soon! We tried this fall, and it was not happening... maybe she is ready now. We'll keep you posted! She says she wants to try again after she is 7 -- just a few days away!!!
After Tim took Madeline to school, I got the other two kiddos ready for a super fun day at the Manguso's house! Then, I picked up Madeline, Frances and Abby
for a school field trip to the Redbirds game!
It was Education Day, so there were a TON of school kids.
Since we were just a few blocks from where Tim works,
he met us at lunchtime to watch some of the game!

The game was fun, but pretty long. The kids got a little restless and tired, so for awhile, I let them take turns taking pictures with my camera.... here are a few!

Two of their classmates got chosen when we came into the ballpark to do this toothfairy act. They had to run around all the bases and brush them like you would brush teeth! The kids loved watching them on the big screen....
The music teacher had been working on "Take Me Out to the Ball Game..."
All in all, it was a fun day.... VERY tiring, though! I pooped out early that night!
Mrs. Puckett and I talked at the game that it's a good thing this trip comes only once a year!!!
