All her violin teachers: Ms. Erin and Ms. Mary Ann do the group class and Ms. Ann is her individual teacher.
Madeline has been taking violin for 3 years now. It is finally starting to click and come a little faster. It really is fun to watch and listen to her play these songs. The kids in the back rows are graduating from higher levels. The concert started with the highest levels first, then, as they add the lower levels, the kids play along with each other all the pieces that they know. So, by the time it's Madeline's turn, they are all playing. Next time she'll be able to play two of the songs! After she got her medal, she came up to me and said, "This is my first REAL medal!!"
Keep trying to upload the video for here, but it is not working. Sorry!!!
Eli had 3 basketball practices and 4 games. He is dribbling better and shooting better, but the whole game concept is pretty tough! Sometimes he doesn't really watch the ball or pay attention or realize he's supposed to go after the ball to make a goal, but at 4, I'm not sure what else to expect - I guess we need to play a little more "b-ball" (as he calls it!) in the driveway and watch a little more on tv to get the idea! He loves to run and be out there, so I'm glad for that! He was SUPER excited about the medal - we didn't know the medal was coming - what a treat! Nonna and Dada got to come to the game, that was a special treat, too!
They are SUPERSTARS!!! How awesome! I am sure they worked so hard for their medals. We are super proud! Love you all!
